Studying During Finals!

Hello everybody! I just made it through my first college finals week and while it has left my brain feeling numb, I have some survival tips for college students and how anyone can help a college student in their life!

1. Make time to relax.

While you may feel the urge to just study nonstop, you really need to make time to relax your mind because if you don't you will drive yourself crazy! Get together with a couple of friends and see a movie, go tp dinner, get coffee, anything! Aside from making time to relax, I also suggest scheduling study dates with friends who are in a class with you or just to have some company while you study.

2. Use a planner and schedule!

Use a planner to keep your days organized. If you keep your days organized, it'll cause you less stress and anxiety because you have a plan. It also allows you to have enough time to study for each class and you don't devote so much time to one class that you forget about another.

3. Helping a college student in your life!

Sending a care package to a college student can truly be a lifesaver! I received one from a person at my local church and it made studying so much better. Things to include would be snacks, drinks, pencils/pens, movies, gift cards, candy, lip balm, laundry detergent, gum, playing cards, etc.

I hope these tips will help! Good luck and study hard!
